Fill out the registration forms for fall 2025 at Leap Frog Nursery School
Step 2
Contact and send registration forms to Leap Frog Nursery School to get a spot or be put on a waitlist.

Admissions
If your child has been placed in a spot for the 2025 academic year please proceed with the following steps to complete the application process.
Step 1
The first step is filling out the Leap Frog Nursery School Admission forms.
Step 2
The second step is filling out one of two forms based on your child’s residency and school district they belong to.

Step 3
